» Flying Doc. Incorporated was founded in 2001 with "train the trainer" concept in mind. Flying Doc's mission is to “Share our knowledge and experience in Emergency/ Casualty Medicine, Critical Care/ ICU Medicine, Acute Healthcare and Trauma/ Accident Medicine with Healthcare Providers and Patients”. Our history, our photo gallery, and our videos tell the story.

Emergency medical and trauma care are universal health care needs, without international boundaries. Human suffering is the same wherever we live and therefore Flying Doc. has taken a foremost role in providing free healthcare to the globally needy. Whilst providing healthcare it is equally important to lay the foundation for the same healthcare knowledge and training to establish the “train the trainer” concept.

Keeping the “train the trainer” concept as Flying Doc’s motto, Flying Doc. has partnered with major US and Indian Universities and health care entities. Namely the University of California, Irvine Medical School, University of Southern California Medical School, KEM Hospital-Bombay University, Mumbai, Government Medical College, Surat. Indian Medical Association, Mumbai Municipality, Mumbai Police/ Fire/ Paramedic Departments. Surat Police/ Fire/ Paramedic Departments.

During Flying Doc’s journey to help the needy indigent population, Flying Doc. supports the Kaprada Clinic in Kaprada, Gujarat, which provides health care to approximately 200 tribal individuals per day. Flying Doc. also supports Kharel Trust Hospital in Kharel, Gujarat which also serves the tribal population through its community outreach program.

Flying Doc. a 501(c)3, IRS tax-exempt, non-profit corporation, is engaged in bridging the knowledge and technology gap as well as providing health care to the needy internationally. Flying Doc has taught the concepts of emergency medicine interventions to hundreds of physicians during the last six years.
